INM is managed by a three-member Board of Directors consisting of two scientific directors and one business director. Research and development at INM is performed within scientifically independent Research Departments and Research Groups. Technology transfer is enabled by the InnovationCenter INM providing expertise and equipment for scaling up research to prototype and demonstrator scale. Science at INM is supported by state-of-the-art Core Facilities, Service Groups (SGs), as well as by central administration and facility management.
