The INM awards two scholarships for a research internship in materials science at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). The internship will take place from June to August 2021 (9 weeks) as part of the ICMR Undergraduate Research Internship Program between the UCSB, Saarland University, and the INM.
The scholarships are aimed at advanced students with material-related studies at Saarland University. The scholarship holders will work on a current materials research topic at the Materials Research Laboratory (MRL) of UCSB, one of the most renowned materials centers in the US. The scholarship includes sufficient travel and subsistence expenses as well as accommodation.
