The INM awards two scholarships for a research internship in materials science at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). The internship will take place from June to August 2020 (9 weeks) as part of the ICMR Undergraduate Research Internship Program between the UCSB, Saarland University and the INM.
The scholarships are aimed at advanced students at Saarland University in the AMASE, Materials Chemistry, Materials Science, MuN, Physics and Materials Engineering courses. The scholarship holders are working on a current materials research topic at the Materials Research Laboratory (MRL) of UCSB, one of the most renowned US materials centers. The scholarship includes sufficient travel and subsistence expenses.
