INM – Leibniz Institute for New Materials recently organized a series of workshops aimed at revising and improving our technology transfer strategy. These workshops served to create a deeper understanding of the technology transfer process and our mission to further drive impactful and sustainable innovation through materials science.
The two-day workshops were attended by INM members and external experts who highlighted key aspects of technology transfer. Ongoing projects were evaluated and established approaches for the further development of innovations were identified. The discussions provided valuable insights into how we can optimize our transfer models to ensure that our research has a sustainable and meaningful impact from the lab to society.
